Is 2012 real? who knows? not me...

Do you think 2012 is real? In school i did a big paper on it. Like five years ago. It really is one of the weirdest theories. Only because a bunch of people came up with it. Who didn't live in the same time zone or in the same place in the world. I wonder if because the movie came out a lot of people will just brush it off. eh not sure if i believe it or not, But if something doesn't happen then. Something will happen 2029. That's when a huge comet will either hit the planet or come really close to us. look it up. Have fun thinking about life lol. G'night I'm exhausted from work.

Well. if you believe in Maya calender then probably. But honestly i doubt that it would end at 2012. Many theories have been told that the world would go under at that date and so on. But we have passed many of them already and we would probably past this one to. The only reason this one is big news is because it was made a movie of it. And so on.
And what chances do we have to die in 3 years lol. or 2 and some months actually
We will only see when the times come Maya fails or success?

Nostredamus AND the Maya callender predicts it. Well the Maya calender just finishes on 2012 December(november) some time. Nostredamus ALSO predicted Hitler...be scared people?

Mayan calender is a load of shit. If more people had beliefs like (Catholicism, Christianity, Buddhism) I'm Catholic, so i don't believe in that. But really? Why would god, or anyone you believe in, want to let us die on when some calender ends? It's a calender that ends. Our Calender ends when God, or whomever you believe in wants it to. So think about it are you gonna be a jackass, and follow something else or, stand up for your beliefs?

Well im Catholic myself. and we believe in doomsday but we don't believe in that the doomsday means that the world is going under like the movie and so on. most of people who believe in god and so on believe that the doomsday means the day god come back to earth and so on.(Atleast catholic )

Still fun to think about the maya calender

I am Christian and yea the Rapture = the Armeggedon = the Apocolypse = the end. I just find it fascinating because A guy like like 1000 years ago got the EXACT same date as the maya who were like 5000 years ago

I just don't like to think about 2012 being the end. It makes no since, all countries could end the world, this is how it could happen. Russia send off the greatest nuclear warhead (Tzar Bomb) and blows up 1/4 of America. Then we send a nuke to Japan thinking it was them. Then they send a nuke to China(Most Nukes). And it goes on from there. We literally blow up the planet Earth. That's a way it might happen. I still believe God to end us when he wants to. Not by a nuclear war.

I believe in God to but i dont think he would end something that he created and have taken care of. In christian of course.
But as the catholic believe that doomsday means Jesus or somewhat will come back and help us and so on.

If you read the bible...it says that - you know how Adam and Eve sinned and than we kept sinning or something like that...well he is going to cleanse the world and there will be a big war and after he will create a new world where no one sins, so there you go towards - why would god destroy whatever he created?

And in the bible it also reads that Russia will ally with I think Iran/Iraq/Israel (or someother one near there) a large war will come.
