The only slow fall I can get to work is the rogue's passive slow fall. The one that uses light feathers and the Mage spell, as well as the one that uses the engineer's parachute cloak don't have any effect at all. The buff is shown in the corner but fall speed is still normal.

And with rogues, they aren't meant to have slow fall XD It's meant to be a passive ability that reduces fall damage instead of slow fall

Yea that does get pretty annoying. Everywhere I jump I float and have to wait to reach the ground. . Just imagine a little kid in a tall chair struggling to touch their feet to the ground.
