More PVP in the mall. Celeron and Joftraz.
They think because No GM is present they can PVP anyway. I asked them 3 times to stop before I report them and they didn't stop. Screenshots show them polymorphing each other. Then arguing with me how because I am not a GM they can PVP anyway.
