I do believe this guy is a hacker. He had over 40K health. And had better than T10 armour. And yet he isn't a GM. If he turned out to be a GM, then he was trying to raid with us.

Ummm... you can get that gear... its from ICC. and over 40K hp is possible on this server...

1. he isn't any gm that's for sure.
2. you can get that much hp. you see his armor is full with Jewel crafting +51 Stamina.
so its probably why he have so much hp.
