I think there are some select cases where the term "spam" can differ. These posts are in the Offtopic section of the forum so it would make sense that we are able to talk about anything. The term spam is usually used for unnecessary posts that just make the post look messy and don't have anything to do with the topic. In the Offtopic section you can talk about anything, so you can't really say some things are spam and others aren't. Its just all in good fun and chat.
Once again like many of my posts, this is MY opinion. What an Admin or Moderator decides is what the rules are. I just think my opinions are fair and I like to share them.

i can agree with you saveon it's like what you say..
but.. there is something called unnecesary posts. And in this case he already have a topic about his signatures. then it would be unnecessary to make a complete new topic just to write about a new signature but instead edit it into his old. Some moderators will count this as a way to try to get up their forum points / posts. Im not saying that's what stianso does. But many of our moderators would consider it like that. Including me at some part. So what i mean with this is that. No need to make many topics but instead edit those who can be editted in same topic then it will be a big popular topic instead of many small ones.
