HomeLately me and women have been trying to do Heroic Voa and ICC together, but there is always a bug that glitches you so you don't see any of the other players and you end up being saved... ( basically you go into a different instance ID from the others and you get saved to it... e.g. my warriors instance id for ICC heroic was 86933 and my rogues was 86936 and they were in same the group.) If you are able to, maybe make it so it's like retail and you get saved to the instance after you've killed a boss.

It has been atleast the 6th time in a row now that my warrior has not seen my rogue or anyone else inside Heroic ICC... I have taken screen shots this time.

Ehm.. i dont think its a bug, have happends sometimes to me when i was in retail and stuff ^^ but it was so long time so i dont know... did u try to put the party as a raid/heroic group thing 
? but it's not happening to me. so thats weird tho
