I have created my raiding guild. I have named it Fireblade Raiders. We don't care about your gearscore. We just don't want you to act asinine and use no gear at all. We atleast want you to have Arena or T7 or higher gear. Right now we need these below:

Warriorx2
Roguex2
Shamanx2
Deathknightx3
Druidx2
You will get automatic Promote to Veteran, if you are in enough raids and are on quite a bit, you might get Officer, i am strict, so if you act like a jackass, i will demote you. So please be on your best behavior. I am going to post a picture of the Guild Tabard. I have also put Tabards in the guild Vault so please get some.

Don't forget to post ideas for places you want to go. A lot of our members play mostly during the weekend. If we can get a good list going we can hit a ton of spots during the weekend. 
I know a few Climbers who also have tough times finding raids at times. I'm sure they would like to join your raiding guild. I'll send them your way.
