It probably said that because the Realm List aka Logon is up, but the World (Realm Itself) is off. So even if you can log in and see the Realm List (Logon). The list won't show up because there are no "Worlds" running for the Logon to recognize and put in the list of realms you see.

but my internet sucks :/
And youre right. Its the Logonserver whos up ( which mean you can come far as connecting to the server ) but without the worldserver up you cant connect to the server itself.
