    I think ive seen an event just like this on a diff server Razz The GM would hide a vendor some place around azeroth ( or use one that is already spawned in a town or something)and he would place and item in it that is completely different to the ones already in it e.g. a fish in an armour vendor. Then in announce he would say the zone the vendors in, or give a riddle about the location where it is in. Then like 15-30 mins later he would announce the next vendors spawn info and so on.

    Breach & Secure: Infiltrate a highly secure palace with heavily armed guards. Be sure not to alert too many guards or else you lose. The mission is stealth so stay as close to the walls and as high as possible. Be sure to collect the items along the way.

    Hostage: One GM will be an invader that will collect hostages. The GM automactically starts with one hostage and that hostage must be freed. The area will be guarded by NPCs that are allied with the GM. You must by-pass the traps and the GM to reach the hostage and free him/her. However, the GM, if he or she hits someone while on the chase they will be sent to the same place as a hostage. If they collect up to 5 hostages, the game is over - The GM wins.

    Scavengers [Team]: A highly complicated maze requires you to think hard but not too hard. It will be a maze that contains obstacles that you must go through and reach the middle first before the other team does. The whole team must be present in order to win. The obstacle contains NPCs, checkpoints, and items you must obtain in order to pass through certain points.

    Base of Horror (Party or Alone): You must prepare yourself for an invasion that will leave you in frustration as countless hoards of creatures fight you until you die. The further you make it, the more powerful they become. However, the more rounds you survive, the better the prize.

    Just a few ideas I came up with.

    A few more to consider...

    Siege-Break [Team]: The team spawns creatures (with an item or something) very similar to Invaders, however, they are used to defend each of the teams' Keeps. Each team builds up on supplies by buying them with certain items that drop from the NPCs. Each Keep has a main boss that, if destroyed, that player's team loses. Or, if all the players die, then that team also loses.

    Gone with the Wind: Rush across a massive maze that has plenty of path ways that lead to the same place, however, they each have different tasks to complete. The faster you complete the maze, the better the prize.

    Wingman: Two players will be involved in a double-maze. The maze will have a double complex in which there will be two mazes that each player has to go through. Each maze has obstacles that need to be by-passed. To by-pass them, your partner must activate certain objects to let you pass while you do the same for him/her.

    One more, than maybe a few later...Lol. They're just in my head and have to be shared xD. - This one you'll like (I think) Smile

    Quarantine: A GM will start with a buff that causes him/her to be infected. The player will have to go through a dungeon of some type and try to escape the GM as that GM will tag the players. When a player is hit, that player will also be infected and will be factioned with the GM and tag other players with that GM too. The last man standing wins.

    More, more, and...more!

    Backyard Treasure Hunter: The player must find hidden chests among different raids as the GM gives clues as to where they are. The player with the most treasure from the chests win.

    The Fireblade Olympics: Players must go through various obstacles and reach checkpoints as they have to fly, swim, mount, and run on land as they try to complete all tasks at hand. The player to do this and reach the finish line wins.

    Regional Champion: Players start from the bottom and try to reach to the top of an area and fight to keep their place at the top. The player to stay at the top the longest, wins.

    Just a few more to consider. My thoughts are endless O.o

    Woot! I love this actually, xD!

    As for a non-GM event you can use...

    Shuttle Run [Team]: Players run and reach the other player and they have to run and reach another player, and so on and so forth. The team that can do this successfully wins!

    Wrong Side of the Bed: Run through the dungeon with nothing but a shirt or tabard. If you successfully run through the whole dungeon without dying, you win!

    It's not my fault I have huge amounts of random thoughts that whisper in my ear left and right and leave me in a rather confused blight. Though I feel rather awesome from posting, I think I should stop I seem to be boasting. xD (Yes, I did make it rhyme on purpose)

    idk what to call it: A gm makes a "garden" thats maybe 80x80 game yards, fill it with leafs and put a chest somewhere around there, then the players have to run around the garden and try and find it first. The bigger the garden is the better. Also the gm can make it harder by making the chest smaller. Smile

    Chain Bridge: Run through a bridge filled with traps and NPCs. As you pass the bridge collapses behind you. Remember, don't look down or look back Very Happy

    Stairway to Heaven: Go through a maze filled with stairs stretching far and wide. If you reach the top without falling for a trap more than 3 times, you win.

    Highway from Hell: If you fail the Stairway to Heaven challenge by falling for 3 traps, you must succeed at this to go back and try the Stairway to Heaven again. You must kill Undead, Wraiths, etc and finally reach the portal to Heaven in order to reach the Stairway again.

    Escaping the Impossible: When you are put in jail for a certain punishment you must attempt to escape a jail/maze. If you succeed you may be freed from jail. If you fail, you stay longer in jail depending on the offense. (Warning: You may have to change the pathways every so often so people aren't tempted to get introuble on purpose just to escape punishment.)

    Alright, sorry about that by the way Razz

    EDIT:

    GM's Recipe for Disaster: The GM will give the players
    a list of items that need to be collected.
    (ex: Go fishing and obtain this kind of fish)
    The first person to gather all of these items and bring
    them back to the GM wins!

    Beyond the Grave: The GM will kill his or herself.
    As soon as the GM is dead, he/she will have hoards of
    NPC spawn to attack the players. The player must
    reach the GM by going through the cemetary-maze
    and reviving the GM. (Players will be given Resurrecti
    -on, however it will be removed before players leave)

    Red light, Green light: Players will each start at the
    starting point. The GM will buff him/herself and when
    the buff starts players much inch their way to the GM
    but it runs out. If you are caught moving you lose.
    (You cannot use any type of speed advancements)

    Musical Chairs: The GM will spawn chairs around a
    series of places in a certain area. The players will
    start together looking for these chairs. When players
    reach the chair they must sit in it until all chairs
    fill up, the player to be left behind loses. Then you
    continue from there by taking one chair off. (rinse
    and repeat)

    Eye of the Tiger: The GM will spawn a maze and the
    player must go through it and they will have about 30
    seconds. After which, the GM will spawn an object
    that will be hidden amongst the maze and the first
    player to spot it out wins!

    Random Splatter: The players will start out on a multi
    table platform. The GM will give 30 seconds for players
    to spread out. The GM will then delete a random table
    and if a player is under this they are out. The last
    person standing, wins.

    Fight or Flight: There's a warehouse that you must
    run through in two ways you may choose. One is of
    course "Fight" where you run through and kill every
    NPC in the warehouse. Then there is the more exciting
    "Flight" selection where you may sneak in and don't
    kill any NPCs while you collect certain items while
    sneaking around. (This can also be a Party task, in
    which you may get one partner and use one to sneak
    while the other charges in head on - this does
    double the reward)

    Mystery Man: The GM will line up at least 5+ people
    and choose one to be Murderer and another to be a Medic.
    When the GM whispers these people, they will then
    whisper back the person that they killed/healed.
    The person who was killed will be asked to sit down
    while the rest of the people guess the murderer was.
    However, if the medic chose to heal the person who
    the murderer chose to kill, the medic wins. If anyone
    guesses who it was then they win. But if no one guesses
    there will be a new round where the murderer will
    whisper to the GM who he wants to kill but the medic
    will also sit out for this round. Guessing will continue
    like before until the murderer is picked.

    (For the last one, you don't necessarily need a GM to play it.)
